Welcome to the Living Seas Centre, Flamborough

We've gone digital, but we're still here!

We want to continue to inspire ocean lovers, and those who have yet to discover our amazing coast, during the coronavirus pandemic.

We're excited to let you know that we're putting together all sorts of activities for you to enjoy from home - whether you live by the sea or miles inland! There'll be something for everyone, including schools packs and a webinar series about our work for marine wildlife up and down the Yorkshire coast.

With the safety of the public, and our staff and volunteers paramount - as well as constraints around indoor education and events - the Living Seas Centre and toilets at South Landing, Flamborough will remain closed until the end of 2020.

Check out our new webpages here!

During a visit to the Living Seas Centre you will find a wealth of information about Yorkshire's fascinating marine and coastal wildlife. Exciting events are run from the centre across the year for all ages.

Join us for a Seashore Safari, come along for an evening talk, create a marine-themed masterpiece or learn about Yorkshire's valuable shellfish! With all this on offer, the Living Seas Centre is a great place for any one, any age.
