About the event
Under the big, wild skies at Spurn, there are plenty of adventures to be had! Join us for a guided walk, in search of our elusive nocturnal residents.
Learn more about Britain's amazing bat species on an hour and a half walk with our helpful guides. You will learn how to use a bat detector and put this into action, becoming a bat detective. You will learn about the different frequencies bats use and how we are able to identify species through sound alone.
Right light torches will be provided, but if you feel more comfortable bringing your own torche then you are welcome to do so.
Please be aware we cover areas of uneven ground and the event takes place in low light.
