About the event

Discover more about Grass Wood Nature Reserve, what we've been working on there and the wildlife that frequents the reserve on this Yorkshire Wildlife Trust members' event.

Led by a Yorkshire Wildlife Trust staff member, you'll go on a guided ramble around the reserve, with a small detour to Far Gregory (Scheduled Ancient Monument), discovering more about the wildlife, learning more about how the reserve is managed, and finding out about the surrounding area.

This walk will be around 4km / 2.5 miles in length with around 150m of ascent on a mixture of wide gravel tracks and a wooded path, which can be muddy and rocky.
