Visitor centre meeting room
Our visitor centre meeting room is within our main visitor centre building. With easy access to our café and a number of table layouts possible, this is a great space to host a meeting or a small workshop.
Accommodates: up to 16 people
Equipment: WiFi, screen and projectors available
Costs
Per room:
Full day (8.30am - 5pm): £180+VAT
Half day (4 hours morning or afternoon): £90+VAT
Evening bookings (5pm-9pm): £90+VAT
Discounts are available for community groups and voluntary organisations - please contact us.
Corporate members of Yorkshire Wildlife Trust benefit from a free first booking.

Catering
We have a full cafe menu available at our visitor centre and our café is open during the day.

Useful to know
Opening times
Potteric Carr visitor centre is open to the public Tuesday to Sunday and bank holiday Mondays.
In Summer we're open 9:30 to 5pm and in Winter we're open 9:30 to 4pm.
Times outside of these can be agreed in advance, although extra charges may apply.
Accessibility
Both sites are fully accessible to wheelchair users (call for more information on access requirements). All toilets are all non-gender specific in the main visitor centre.
Parking
There is free parking available at the visitor centre.
Getting here
Our full address is Potteric Carr Nature Reserve, Mallard Way, Doncaster, DN4 8DB.
From A1/M18 junction by car (3 minutes) – Take M18 East for one junction (Junc 3). then take first exit onto A6182 White Rose Way then first right onto Mallard Way – following brown signs. For Sat Nav use DN4 8DB.
The nearest train station is Doncaster
From here you can catch the X11 or 372 bus. Journey time approx. 15 minutes. Disembark at B&Q/One Call on White Rose Way, cross White Rose Way on foot via the pedestrian crossing points and follow the signs to Potteric Carr. Approx. 8 to 10 minute walk.
Route of the X11 bus is Doncaster - Rossington - Hesley - Tickhill - Maltby - Rotherham Hospital - Waverley - Sheffield.
Route of the 372 bus is Doncaster - Balby - Hexthorpe - Lakeside
