About the event

Mindfulness is the simple, yet powerful practice of being aware and present in the moment. During this relaxed, nourishing experience, we’ll explore how rich and calming a walk in nature can be.

When we’re not truly present, we miss the beauty around us and can slip into unnecessary stress and worry. Learn how to break the habits of a busy mind that is often rushing or planning ahead or replaying the past.

Through paying close attention to movement, breath, and our surroundings. Rachel will share easy techniques that support the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body settle into a state of calm and peaceful presence.

Expect a gentle pace, moments of quiet, and space to reconnect with yourself and the natural world. An enjoyable, informative experience to reset, restore and feel more grounded in both nature and your everyday life.
