About the event

Are you thinking of taking on the Yorkshire three peaks challenge and want to know more about the places you will walk through?

Discover what the three peaks challenge holds with Wild Ingleborough and guest speaker Thomas Andrews, the Three Peaks Ranger; learn more about the protected landscapes and habitats you will walk through, the rare species that can be found there and how you can help ensure your challenge doesn't negatively impact this fragile environment.

Wild Ingleborough is a landscape-scale restoration project working across the Ingleborough NNR, which the three-peaks footpath directly passes through. The Wild Ingleborough Engagement team will focus on this part of the walk, showcasing the myriad of habitats and wildlife that make this area so special.

Thomas Andrews, the Three Peaks Ranger works for Yorkshire Dales National Park and is responsible for maintaining the routes on the Yorkshire Three Peaks walking route. He will speak about his work, maintaining the route for the thousands of visitors that come to enjoy it each year.

This webinar is scheduled to last approximately one hour including a question & answer session.
