Join the Woodland Trust at Snaizeholme Estate to learn more about this breathtaking landscape, and their vision for the future.

Snaizeholme holds a complex mosaic of interconnected habitats for wildlife including important waders like curlew. Learn about how they are retaining and enhancing habitat for ground nesting birds alongside woodland creation.

Yorkshire Peat Partnership will be present to talk about the peatland restoration work we've undertaken at Snaizeholme and how its helping our wading birds.

This event is being run by Yorkshire Wildlife Trust and the Woodland Trust as part of Ground Nest Fest 2026.
