We are seeking to appoint a Nature Friendly Schools Officer at both Stirley Community Farm, Huddersfield and Potteric Carr Nature Reserve, Doncaster. The post holder will lead on delivery of the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust element of this exciting national project working with primary schools in the West Yorkshire or South Yorkshire region. The post holder will make a meaningful difference for the wellbeing and school attainment of primary school pupils across Yorkshire and increase their connection with nature.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate outdoor educator that has excellent communication skills to build relationships with teachers and school stakeholders and ensure the smooth running of this exciting project. You must have good knowledge of the English education system and the challenges faced by schools. Please note this post is subject to a DBS check.
