Yorkshire Wildlife Trust Refund Policy
Payment for all events is required in full at time of booking. Please be advised that we cannot offer any refunds for event bookings, with the exception of events costing more than £20 per person where a 50% refund will be given if a customer cancels at least 4 weeks prior to the date of the event.
Customers can request an amendment to an event attendee by contacting our York office on 01904 659570. If an event is cancelled by the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust, alternative dates will be offered. If no alternatives are available, a full refund will be issued.
