This event is part of Yorkshire Wildlife Trust's Puffin Festival 2025, taking place on the weekend of Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th June!
Whitby Wellbeing offers wild wood-fired sauna experiences across the North Yorkshire coast and countryside, blending natural heat, cold water dips, and mindful practices in stunning outdoor locations. From beachside saunas to riverside retreats and forest settings, the sessions range from relaxed communal steams to guided breathwork, sound healing, yoga, and special events with local practitioners. Rooted in connection to nature and community, Whitby Wellbeing creates warm, welcoming spaces for recovery, resilience, and reconnection.
