About the event

Calling all shutterbugs! Learn some cool tips and skills from skilled photographer Sean Jones!

Join local wildlife photographer Sean Jones who will walk you through the basics of wildlife photography through the seasons.

This session takes places at the stunning location of Staveley Nature Reserve, near Boroughbridge. An early start to use light in different ways and how to capture great photos!

Your own camera and equipment will be required for this workshop.

Mobility

This guided walk will take us around Staveley. Footpaths are mainly stone surface - mostly on a flat level for walking, wheelchairs and pushchairs.

What to bring

This event will take place outside so brace yourself for the Yorkshire weather! Sturdy footwear is recommended and lots of layers.

Please bring your own camera and equipment, plus a packed lunch and refreshments.

There are no toilets or catering on-site. There is a pub in the village serving food and drinks, opening times apply. The nearest public toilets are in Boroughbridge (3 miles) or Knaresborough (5 miles).
