About the event

Create or collaborate on a pro-nature banner or placard to make your voice heard at the Yorkshire and Humber Climate Justice Coalition demo in Leeds on the following Saturday.

We will provide all the materials you need to paint a cardboard or cloth banner with a pro-nature slogan or image, come with an idea or join in and help others complete their designs.

Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on or bring an old shirt to cover up.
Our workshop space is indoors in our Cre8 barn, its warm, spacious and we will provide drinks and snacks for all participants. It is our large converted barn building, with big window/doors.

Young people on the 13-17yrs sessions can bring along family members of any age, but all under 13’s must be accompanied by an adult and 13-17’s who are still living with parents or guardians need a signed consent form completing (please fill one out on the day or email me to request a copy sarah.goldsmith@ywt.org.uk)

Join us at the demo in Leeds on Saturday 15th November, or leave us your banner or placard for us to display and promote your message for you. All information about the demo, times, location etc will be available at the workshops.

Any questions big or small, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our Wilder Communities Officer – Youth, Sarah :  sarah.goldsmith@ywt.org.uk
