We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Membership Recruitment Manager to direct and support our growing team of Wildlife Supporter Officers to consistently achieve and exceed a range of ambitious face-to-face recruitment targets. The post holder will be a key ambassador and advocate for the Trust’s work throughout Yorkshire and will be highly motivated to make a difference for Yorkshire’s wildlife and wild places.

The post holder must have excellent communication skills to engage with a wide range of audiences, be highly organised and motivated by consistently exceeding financial targets. The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of office-based computing software, have a successful track record in membership recruitment and have a full driving licence.
