Clifton Backies - Local Nature Reserve
Clifton Backies was designated as a Local Nature Reserve in 2002, as it is a very special place for wildlife. There are lots of places to explore including woodlands, grassy areas, a pond, and lots of open space - come along, there is much to discover!

Fishing Ever wanted to learn about fishing? This is your chance to learn from the best! We'll be visiting a local nature reserve on the outskirts of York and joining local anglers to enjoy a spot of fishing. All equipment is provided but please bring a picnic lunch and wear suitable clothing. Meet at Alder Way, New Earswick, YORK, YO32 4TH Booking is essential. |
