This Saturday Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is holding an event to celebrate the history of farming on their Stirley Community Farm project. The History of Stirley Farming event is taking place from 10am till 1pm on Saturday 19th May. It's a free event and open for all to come along and take part.

Yorkshire Wildlife Trust (YWT) has received a £95,448 funding boost from SITA Trust. The Blooming Meadows Project will reverse the decline of species rich grassland in West Yorkshire, creating a better and more joined up habitat for wildlife and for the enjoyment of future generations.
