Hull

Project Officer: Fiona Weir

Under The Big Lottery Programme the Yorkshire Wildlife Trust has helped design and develop Natural Play facilities in Hull. This has been achieved so far by building links within the communities and local partnerships through consultations and events.
Both events and the engagement with local groups have helped finalise the design proposals and promote natural play within the Hull area.

By promoting and installing Natural play in Hull the Trust has been apart of inspiring and encouraging places for wildlife, green design and play in normally neglected sparse areas.

The five natural play sites cover Hull and  range from pocket parks and drains to vast sport pitches and woodlands. They are all at different levels of construction.

If you would like to find out more or get involved then please contact Fiona.

This project is being funded by the Big Lottery.
