Walk for All

What better way to spend a Sunday than walking through some of Yorkshire's most beautiful landscapes whilst raising money for Yorkshire's wildlife?

The Jane Tomlinson's 'For All' events are enjoyed by thousands, and this year there are two Walk for All events to enjoy.

2011 saw the inaugral Walk for All Yorkshire Dales Walking Festival, with over 2000 people turning up to walk one of four different routes. Long term member Tim Ellis completed the 26 mile challenge and raised an impressive £520 for YWT.

2012 will see a brand new 'For All' event following the success of the Yorkshire Dales Walking Festival. The Peak District Walk will take in some of Hope Valley's most stunning scenery, including Jacob's Ladder and Mam Tor.

The Peak District Walk - 29th April

Taking place on Sunday 29th April, walkers taking part in this event will be able to choose from a 5, 12 or 24 mile route. Please visit the Walk for All website for more details.

Yorkshire Dales Walking Festival - 19th August

Once again we are delighted to be a charity partner in 2012's Yorkshire Dales Walking Festival. Join in the fun at this Jane Tomlinson's Walk for All event on the 19th August 2012 - there is a walk for everyone! Take in the breath-taking views in this beautiful part of Yorkshire on one of four different walks, from a wheelchair accessible 4 mile walk and a family friendly 5 mile walk to the more challenging 14 and 26 mile walks.
