2 Great spotted woodpecker (female and juvenile)

   Lake hide

Single juvenile chiffchaff (juvenile), dunnock, grey heron (fishing at far side of lake), magpie, nuthatch, robin (juvenile) and teal

Also one skittish bank vole

   Other locations

Buzzard perching in trees overlooking Dohertys field ([SB] took some good images) and 50+ carrion crow feeding on Cooks field

Single great spotted woodpecker (adult male), kingfisher (juvenile female caught one stickleback from three dives), mandarin (female), stock dove, wren and treecreeper

The Bedfords saw great spotted woodpecker, grey heron and kingfisher (fishing) at the marsh hide.
Other visitors [GF&MF] reported great spotted woodpecker, grey heron, kingfisher, song thrush and hedgehog at the lake hide

10th August

   Lake hide

Single juvenile black headed gull, carrion crow, kingfisher (fished around the lake - also reported by visitors [S&T]), magpie and swallow

4+ Willowchaff (at least four amongst the willows in the lake margins)

Also sparrowhawk carrying prey (thrush-sized bird?) on Cooks field

Visitors [El, Er, LC and T&G] reported blue tit, magpie, nuthatch, robin and grey heron (lake hide)
A juvenile grey heron was also photographed [DAJ] sitting for 20 min. on the feed table at the marsh hide

Single black-headed gull, dunnock, great spotted woodpecker (male), jay, kingfisher (mostly fishing at the far side of the lake - brought one fish to a perch in front of the hide), magpie, mandarin (female) and sparrowhawk (seen several times in the far left corner of the lake – frightened off the black-headed gull )

5 Chiffchaff (4-5 juveniles feeding/playing in the willows around the lake - one came close to the hide)
